What's the lead time?

For Asian areas, delivery within 10 business days is often achievable. Typically, our standard delivery window spans between 6 to 8 business days, a benchmark we consistently strive to meet for all orders. For the Europe, North America, Australia and New Zealand, The transit time is about two weeks. For most countries in South America and Africa, the delivery time is around 20 to 25 business days. However, in remote locations and depending on order volume, we may need to optimize freight costs by contacting customers. 

How many years of warranty for your products?

Most of our products are warrantied for two years. However, if the product fails due to improper use during the warranty period, it is not covered by the warranty.

Can we customize our products?

Of course. As long as you provide the product requirements, our technical consultants will keep in close contact with you to ensure that the final product will be satisfactory to you. We also provide OEM service.

Shipping Policy

After receiving your order, we will choose the appropriate mode of transportation according to the quantity and urgency and send the goods to you as quickly as possible.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition unless defective. To request a return or refund, please email us at info@sunwypow.com.

:Full refund for items in original boxes within 30 days.After 30 days, a $9/box restocking fee applies.A 25% restocking fee applies for open-box or custom-packaged items.

:Special discounted items are non-returnable.Items purchased from another merchant at the customer’s request are not eligible for return.

:If you receive the wrong product, notify us within 3 days. We’ll arrange a replacement and return at no cost.

Policy Details

You can return items purchased from sunwypow.com for a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. For exchanges, please return your item for a full refund and exchange order for the correct item. All items must be unused and returned in the original packaging. Use the shipper of your choice to return your item. Both original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was shipped in error.
